Description

This course describes how the NIMS Command and Management component supports the management of expanding incidents and the incident/event management process for expanding incidents and supervisors as prescribed by ICS. It also implements the incident management process on a simulated Type 3 incident and allows students to learn how to develop an Incident Action Plan for a simulated incident.

Registrant Notes

Target audience: Bossier Responders, Region 7 state partner agencies: GOHSEP, DCFS, DHH, LSP, LA National Guard, LA State Guard, and federal partners, Barksdale AFB, Civil Air Patrol and Veterans Administration who would have coordination responsibilities with the Bossier EOC during disasters.
