Description: "This course provides participants an overview of the Express Pay System (EPS). The course explains the purpose of the Express Pay System. Course participants will also learn the proper use of the RRF Review Checklist (the Express Pay Checklist), required documentation for EPS, and the actions which must be performed in LAPA in order to properly review an Applicant and an RRF for eligibility of payment through EPS. Pre-requisites for this course are ""Intro to Expense Review,"" ""Expense Review: Rented Equipment & Materials,"" ""Expense Review: Force Account Labor & Force Account Equipment,"" ""Expense Review: Contract Work,"" ""Expense Review: Miscellaneous Items,"" and ""Package Review.""
