This introductory course provides participants an overall, basic introduction into Grants Management within the Public Assistance Program. Participants will learn at a high level about navigation in the louisianapa.com (LAPA) system, completion of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the difference between Small Projects and Large Projects and what that means to applicants regarding the reimbursement process, how to request reimbursement and the documentation needed to do so, the Express Pay System (EPS), project worksheet cost lines, FEMA work deadlines and applying for time extensions, Quarterly Reports, etc.
