"This introductory course provides participants an overall, basic introduction into the Public Assistance Program. Participants will learn at a high level about the disaster declaration process, Applicant Briefing, Request for Public Assistance process, Applicant eligibility determination process, Kickoff Meeting, Project Worksheet development and approval process, the reimbursement process, and the Closeout process. This course is sometimes referred to as ""Public Assistance 101."" This course is a pre-requisite to PA 102."
