"This course is intended to introduce the Public Assistance Grants Management staff to the Package Review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Policy and Process manual. The Package Review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Policy and Process manual outlines the standard processes which are to be followed. By outlining standardized processes, this SOP Policy and Process manual will allow for consistency amongst the Grants Management staff in completing Package Reviews."
