"This course provides managers with tips on how to objectively document workplace performance for their employees. It also discusses the appeals process and how a manager can best prepare himself/herself for this process. This course must be completed within 1 year of promotion. This course is a pre-requisite to ""CPTP 2015 Core Capstone Workshop."

This course is designed to raise the awareness of supervisors regarding the prevention of sexual harassment. The course includes a self-assessment to help supervisors identify potential areas for improvement. The course also presents practical strategies supervisors can use to prevent sexual harassment in our workplace. This course must be completed within 30 days of promotion.

This course is an introduction to Virtual Louisiana and VLA initiatives like Damage.LA.Gov. Participants will learn how to log in and reset their password, search for content in the VLA library, navigate teams pages and initiatives, and create and share new content. This course is for all new users.

This course takes a closer look at the web app creation process within Virtual Louisiana. Participants will learn how to upload data, create a feature layer and web map, and build a functioning dashboard. VLA-100 is a prerequisite for this course.

This proactive eight-hour course has been designed to train participants in preparation for the emerging and very real threat of weaponized drone use domestically with the United States. Weaponized drone use has proliferated over the past two decades and with such systems increasingly in the arsenals of terrorist (and extremist) organizations as well as criminal groups (cartels). These deadly devices are also appearing on conventional battlefields such as in Ukraine. Plots and minor incidents have taken place domestically related to these systems with ongoing investigations taking place, however, no major incident (resulting in deaths and/or infrastructure destruction) has to date transpired. The course training is provided via a red team (opposing force; threats) and blue team (allied force; response) perspective by counterterrorism experts. Students are trained by means of classroom power point lectures, short videos/video clips, questions, and answers (Q&A), and short discussion sessions and will have access to PDFs of the course lecture material for retention purposes.

This course is an introduction to WebEOC including who uses it and when and for what purposes. Participants will learn how to log in and reset their password, view general info on the WebEOC home page, move between incidents, and monitor boards for situational awareness. This course is for all new WebEOC users as well as users needing a basic refresher.

This course takes a closer look at WebEOC processes for finance users. Participants will learn how to report and manage cost estimates and other finance data during and after major incidents. Completion of WebEOC-100 is not a prerequisite for this course but is strongly encouraged. This course is for state agency WebEOC users who report financial data.

This course takes a closer look at WebEOC processes for GOHSEP users. Participants will receive an overview of the various Unit Manned Roster (UMR) positions at GOHSEP and learn how to process resource requests as a logger, tasker, and branch manager. Completion of WebEOC-100 is not a prerequisite for this course but is strongly encouraged. This course is for GOHSEP WebEOC users who fill UMR roles at the State EOC.

This course takes a closer look at WebEOC processes for parish users. Participants will learn how to enter SITREPs, submit and monitor resource requests, and upload preparedness plans. WebEOC-100 is not a prerequisite for this course but is strongly encouraged. This course is for parish OHSEP WebEOC users.

This course takes a closer look at WebEOC processes for state ESF users. Participants will learn how to enter SITREPs, submit and monitor resource requests, and answer tasked resource requests. WebEOC-100 is not a prerequisite for this course but is strongly encouraged. This course is for state agency emergency management WebEOC users.

This course takes a closer look at a specific major update to the WebEOC system or a WebEOC board. More details will be provided as new offerings are announced.

This course takes an advanced look at WebEOC administrative responsibilities. Participants will learn how to manage and group users, create incidents, and build WebEOC boards using both the advanced board builder and DesignStudio. WebEOC Administrator Boot Camp is organized and presented by Juvare. WebEOC-100 is a prerequisite for this course. This course is for all WebEOC system administrators.
