• In order to register, students must know their FEMA Student Identification (SID) number prior to applying for a course. To obtain one, see FEMA

• Each student will need to complete the DHS-FEMA General Admissions Application and select “K0202- Debris Management Planning for State, Tribal, Territorial, and Local Officials” from the course drop down menu, then select date (9/16).
• NOTE: Students must also describe why they need to take the class. This section must be completed, or the application will be rejected.
