"This course provides participants an overview of the Progressive Applicant Resolution Team (PART) and PART’s role within the Disaster Recovery Division. Participants will gain an understanding of identifying overpaid PWs and applicants and PART’s techniques and procedures for working with applicants who are overpaid. Participants will also learn about their role in PART’s workflow."
