Participants will learn how to log in and reset their password, view general info on the WebEOC home page, move between incidents, and monitor boards for situational awareness. This course is for all new WebEOC users as well as users needing a basic refresher.

This course takes a closer look at WebEOC processes for finance users. Participants will learn how to report and manage cost estimates and other finance data during and after major incidents. Completion of WebEOC-100 is not a prerequisite for this course but is strongly encouraged. This course is for state agency WebEOC users who report financial data.

Topics covered include updated WebEOC position names, the mission and task flow, data exporting, e-mail and text notifications, vendor confirmations, mobile device usage, and where to find the old resource request board and data. Participants will learn how to manage and group users, create incidents, and build WebEOC boards using both the advanced board builder and DesignStudio. WebEOC Administrator Boot Camp is organized and presented by Juvare. WebEOC-100 is a prerequisite for this course. This course is for all WebEOC system administrators.
